Subedaar starring Anil Kapoor is the highly anticipated action-drama film on Prime Video. After announcing the film a year ago with a thrilling first look, the makers have finally released the official teaser. The Suresh Triveni-directed film also stars Radhikka Madan in a lead role.

The latest official video begins by introducing Kapoor as an ex-Subedaar, who is trying to adjust to his new civilian life and accept a new job after his retirement to keep going. The latest teaser showcases the challenges he faces in his day-to-day life, as common men on the road, in the market, and in government offices test his patience with their nuisance and rule-breaking. When things go over his head, the actor slips into his action avatar and gives all those goons a taste of their own medicine. The video leaves no stone unturned in establishing the intensity of the action and drama that the upcoming film is set to offer.

Subedaar First Look
Subedaar was announced a year ago by the makers with a stunning first look video that sees Kapoor inside a dark house, as a mob armed with swords and knives violently pounds on his doors and windows. All set to save his home and his people, he pulls a chair in front of the main door and patiently sits on it, while suddenly a rifle appears in his hands. The transition from having nothing in his hands to holding a rifle in them is one of the highlights of this year-old teaser.

Subedaar Release Date
Written by Suresh Triveni and Prajwal Chandrashekar, the upcoming movie is produced by Anil Kapoor, Vikram Malhotra and Suresh Triveni. The action-drama film also features Saurabh Shukla, Aditya Rawal, Faisal Malik and Mona Singh in pivotal roles. Subedaar is all set to premiere on Prime Video on March 5, 2026.
