Citadel: Honey Bunny starring Varun Dhawan, and Samantha Ruth Prabhu is the highly awaited web series of the year. Directed by Raj & DK, the upcoming espionage thriller show is written by Sita Menon. Ahead of its release, the makers have dropped another banger trailer featuring the key characters and sequences of the anticipated actioner.
The latest official video begins by witnessing Samantha’s Honey locking her daughter, Nadia, inside a box as she goes on to combat goons in an intense action scene. She tries to take her little one somewhere safe and reveals her real identity explaining how she became an agent from an actor. Moving on, the trailer showcases how Varun’s Bunny came into her life and trained her to become a spy.
Furthermore, Honey introduces Nadia to her dad, Bunny and the duo reunite to protect their daughter. The recent video gives a sneak peek of the high-octane action sequences performed by the lead couple and the key characters of the Prime Video series.

Recently, during an interview with Filmibeat, the fantastic filmmaker duo unveiled a piece of crucial information about the show and shared that Samantha and Varun are actually Priyanka Chopra’s parents in the Citadel universe. The Quantico star plays Nadia in the first part of this franchise, which was released in 2023. Meanwhile, Citadel Honey Bunny marks the third series and the second spin-off in the Russo Brothers-created spy universe.
Backed by Syed Zaid Ali and Alek Conic along with Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Mike Larocca, Angela Russo-Otstot, Scott Nemes, David Weil and Raj & DK, the spy thriller series also features Kay Kay Menon, Saqib Saleem, Shivankit Parihar, Sohum Mazumdar, Sikander Kher and Simran Bagga in key roles. Citadel Honey Bunny is set to release on November 7 on Prime Video.
