Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan starrer Citadel: Honey Bunny is all set to arrive on OTT this week. After a couple of official trailers and a peppy romantic track, the makers have dropped a sneak peek video, ahead of the show’s release. The Raj & DK directed and co-produced series is written by Sita R. Menon.

The latest promo showcases a bite-sized thrilling sequence from the upcoming humongous actioner. Samantha’s Honey drops her daughter to school and urges her to join the dance class. The latter rebels and mentions that she doesn’t like it. Her mother requests her again and finally convinces her to participate in the fun session like normal kids in the school.
Before leaving her for classes, the mother recounts the important lessons that she generally teaches Nadia (Kashvi Majmundar). The two have a serious rendezvous that sees Honey asking her daughter not to tolerate anyone’s bully and if need be, she should always be the first person to throw a punch. To this, the little one agrees and moves to join other students in the school. Furthermore, the promo also witnesses the protagonist being chased by someone in the market. She decides to find out the real intention of that person and starts following him back.

Release date of the upcoming show
The upcoming web series marks the third part in the Citadel franchise. However, the story of the Varun-Samantha starrer ought to be a prequel to the Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra starrer show. Along with Varun and Samantha in titular characters, the highly awaited series also features Kay Kay Menon, Kashvi Majmundar, Saqib Saleem, Shivankit Parihar, Sohum Mazumdar, Sikander Kher, Simran Bagga and Emma Canning in crucial roles. Citadel: Honey Bunny is slated to release on November 7 on Prime Video.
