What’s Singham Again about?
In terms of the story, Singham Again picks up right where Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi left. After Singham captures Omar Hafeez (Jackie Shroff), his grandson Zubair (Arjun Kapoor) kidnaps Singham’s wife Avni to avenge and free his grandfather. How Singham’s army of officers including Sooryavanshi, Simmba, Shakti Shetty (Deepika), and Satya (Tiger Shroff) come together to rescue her from the clutches of Zubair forms the film’s story. There are also parallels drawn with the characters of the Ramayan, as was evident from the film’s trailer.
