Superstar Shah Rukh Khan turned 59 on November 2, 2024. The actor, who made his debut in Hindi cinema back in 1992 with Deewana, has already clocked over three decades in the industry. Throughout his journey over the years, he has gained an unparalleled and loyal fan base, not just in the country, but across the globe.

It would be an understatement to say that Shah Rukh’s birthday is nothing short of a festival for his millions of fans. Every year, a sea of SRK fans gathers outside his Mumbai abode – Mannat, just to catch a glimpse of the King of Bollywood, and he never disappoints them. He always comes out to greet them, even if it is at midnight. However, this year, on the morning of his birthday, the scenario outside Mannat was slightly different.

Shah Rukh Khan’s 59th birthday celebrations:
Turns out that much like every year, Shah Rukh Khan had planned to celebrate his birthday with his fans, but at a different location this time. A massive event was organised at Mumbai’s Khar suburbs where his fans from not just India, but also from countries like China, Singapore, and US among others, were present to celebrate #SRKDay with their favourite star.

The excitement among fans was at its peak as Shah Rukh made his way to the venue on Saturday night. He was greeted with his fans singing, “Tujhe Dekha Toh Yeh Jaana Sanam” from his superhit romantic film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995) in unison. He danced to the tunes of the title track of his film Baadshah (1999), answered a number of questions posed to him by his fans, and cut his birthday cake in their presence.

Shah Rukh Khan thanks his fans for celebrating his birthday:
To thank his fans, SRK shared a picture of himself with the sea of his fans visible in the backdrop, striking his signature pose with his arms stretched out, on his Instagram page. He wrote in the caption, “Thank you for coming over and making my evening special…my love to everyone who made it for my birthday. And for those who couldn’t, sending you all my love.(sic)”
