Celebrated filmmaker Shoojit Sircar, who has given us thoughtful stories like Piku (2015) and October (2018) on the silver screen, along with the absolutely brilliant Sardar Udham Singh (2021) which released on Prime Video, is back with his latest offering in theatres. I Want To Talk starring Abhishek Bachchan as Arjun Sen released in theatres on November 22, 2024. The movie has mostly opened to positive reviews with Abhishek getting a lot of applauds for his understated yet phenomenal performance. However, in case you want to skip watching it at the cinemas and are planning to catch it on OTT instead, we’ve got you covered!

Where to watch I Want To Talk on OTT?
The Shoojit Sircar directorial is currently running in theatres. However, it will be available to stream online on Amazon Prime Video post its theatrical run. The date from which it will be available on the OTT platform hasn’t been revealed yet, but typically, it takes at least three to four weeks for theatrical releases to be available on streaming.

What’s I Want To Talk about?
The film, on the surface, is a survival story but it explores deeper bonds and connections, be it in the form of a father-daughter, or a doctor-patient. When Arjun (Abhishek Bachchan) is diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, he goes to great lengths and multiple surgeries to survive and spend more time with his daughter Reya (Ahilya Bamroo). How they navigate this journey and ultimately develop a deep connection forms the crux of the story.

Apart from Abhishek Bachchan, the film also stars popular content creator Ahilya Bamroo as Reya, along with Jayant Kripalani as Dr Deb among others. Johnny Lever also features in a small appearance. The film has been written by Ritesh Shah and helmed by Shoojit Sircar.
