Sikandar ka Muqaddar is the much-awaited heist drama series on Netflix. After an interesting official trailer, the makers have dropped a new character teaser featuring Jimmy Shergill as Inspector Jaswinder Singh. The Neeraj Pandey directorial stars Tamannaah Bhatia and Avinash Tiwary in pivotal roles.

The latest video is a sneak peek into the chracter of Jimmy’s Inspector Jaswinder Singh. The teaser introduces the actor as a man with solid instincts. The promo begins with Avinash’s background voice, who seems to introduce the Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster star in his own style. As the montages showcase the style and swag of the police officer, the Laila Majnu star mentions, “Sub-inspector Jaswinder Singh. He has a hundred per cent record of catching criminals. As soon as the diamonds were stolen, the Home Minister personally recommended him.”
“A medal and promotion both were knocking at his door. He doesn’t rely on evidence but on instinct. And his instinct has ruined our lives,” Avinash adds. Meanwhile, Jimmy appears making a strong statement about his own character, “You either have an instinct or you don’t. Mine is solid… instinct.”
The makers dropped the latest character teaser with a quirky caption that reads, “Miliye Sub-Inspector Jaswinder Singh se, inke liye inka instinct hee sabse solid evidence hai! (sic).”

Apart from Tamannaah, Avinash and Jimmy, the upcoming web series also features Ashrut Jain, Amrita Kumari, Divya Dutta and Rajeev Mehta as crucial characters. Anil Pandey, Anupam K. Sinha, Abhishek Mishra, Ashutosh Kushwaha and Allinson Louis Aranha also appear in the show to play supporting roles. Director Neeraj Pandey has also written the anticipated heist thriller drama along with Vipul K. Rawal. Meanwhile, the filmmaker has also bankrolled the OTT series alongside Shital Bhatia under the banner of Friday Filmworks. Sikandar ka Muqaddar is slated to stream on Netflix from November 29, 2024.
