Deva starring Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde is all set to hit cinema this January. After a fantastic teaser and a peppy track, the makers have finally released a power-packed official trailer. The Rosshan Andrrews-directed action thriller film also features Pavail Gulati, Pravesh Rana and Kubbra Sait in significant roles.

The official trailer showcases a few power-packed glimpses of the upcoming film and sees Shahid as a police officer who turns rowdy to fight goons all over the city. The video begins by hinting at an attack that takes place amidst a high-profile cop event taking lives. This leaves Dev Ambre (played by Shahid) with no choice but to retaliate against all those responsible for such a heinous act.
The latest video also indicates that the story unfolds against the backdrop of Mumbai. Furthermore, it introduces Pooja as Shahid’s love interest in the film. Meanwhile, Pavail, Pravesh and Kubbra portray the characters of police officers alongside the titular actor.

Earlier this month, the makers shared a peppy track from the movie titled Bhasad Macha. The song video witnesses Shahid and Pooja tapping their feet together with a huge bunch of crowd at a wedding event. Vishal Mishra has composed the latest single and crooned it alongside Mika Singh and Jyotica Tangri.

Deva Theatrical Release Date
The Rosshan Andrrews directorial is written by the writer duo Bobby and Sanjay, who predominantly work together in the Malayalam film industry. Bankrolled by Umesh KR Bansal and Siddharth Roy Kapur, under the banners of Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films, the highly anticipated action-thriller cop drama also features Aditi Sandhya Sharma in a crucial role. Deva is all set to hit the theatres on January 31, 2025.
