After a smashing inning in 2022, Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein is set to return with even more thrill and mystery in season 2. This time, Gurmeet Choudhary has joined the powerful cast of the series including Tahir Raj Bhasin, Shweta Tripathi and Anchal Singh. Post an electrifying trailer, the makers have dropped a sneak peek of the upcoming show featuring a gripping sequence.

The latest promo begins with Gurmeet intensely investigating the case of his missing friend, Purva (Anchal). Witnessing her last whereabouts on CCTV footage, he explains to her father (played by Saurabh Shukla) that the man appearing in the video is actually a professional hitman and not a kidnapper. He further starts questioning Tahir’s Vikrant about the events of the day he lost Purva.
Gurmeet tells Saurabh that the hitman was hired by someone for the 16th, in Bhopal, to kill Purva in the blast. While the latter asks him, “Do we know who hired the hitman?” After this question, the investigator suspiciously looks towards Tahir.
The makers dropped the latest promo video with a special caption that reads, “Gurmeet Choudhary isn’t buying Tahir Raj Bhasin’s story. With each lie adding to the suspicion, can he connect the dots and expose him in time? (sic).”

Release date of the show
Written, created, directed and co-produced by Sidharth Sengupta, the anticipated series is also bankrolled by Jyoti Sagar under the banner of Edgestorm. Along with the director, the show is also written by Varun Badola, Anahata Menon, and Umesh Padalkar. Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein Season 2, which also features Brijendra Kala, Arunoday Singh, Anant V Joshi, Hetal Gada, Sunita Rajwar, Vikrant Koundal and Aasif Sheikh in supporting roles, is all set to release on Netflix on November 22, 2024.
