Netflix’s popular teen fantasy adventure series Stranger Things is all set to return for its fifth and concluding season. The show that first premiered in 2016, has gained a massive fan-following since then. On Wednesday, the makers of the show made it official that Stanger Things season 5 will premiere in 2025, in an interesting teaser video. However, the official streaming date hasn’t been announced yet.
Stranger Things Day:
Fans of the Netflix series observe November 6 as Stranger Things Day to mark the day in the series on which Noah Schnapp’s character Will Byers, had disappeared into the Upside Down in 1983. So it was only fitting that the streaming platform too marked the occasion this year by giving an update on the final season of the series, which is all set to be released in the coming year. The streaming giant gave this update in a short announcement video, the caption to which informs that the finale will be taking place in the year 1987 – four years post the disappearance of Will and the subsequent events in season one.

Stranger Things season 5 episode titles:
The video clearly mentions the titles of all the episodes of the concluding season of Stranger Things. Season five of the show begins with the episode titled The Crawl, followed by the second episode – The Vanishing of…
The third episode is titled The Turnbrow Trap while the fourth is called Sorcerer. Fifth episode is named Shock Jock and the sixth one is Escape From Camazotz. The Bridge is the title of the seventh episode which leads to the penultimate one titled The Rightside Up.
The series finale has a total of eight episodes and some of them evidently have references to the previous episodes in the show. For example, the title of the second episode, The Vanishing Of… brings back memories of the pilot episode of season one which was titled The Vanishing of Will Byers. Similarly, the seventh episode, The Bridge, takes one back to the episode titled The Gate in season two.
However, fans seem to be most excited about the eighth and final episode of season five titled The Rightside Up which reminds one of the finale episode of season one titled The Upside Down. While the season one finale introduced the alternate dimension of the upside down, the title of the season five finale – The Rightside Up seems to be a mirror image of the former – hinting at an ‘All’s well that ends well’ conclusion.
