Chhorii 2 starring Nushrratt Bharuccha with Soha Ali Khan marks the highly awaited sequel of the horror thriller film. On Tuesday, Amazon Prime Video dropped the official teaser video, glimpsing the plot and pivotal characters of the movie. Like the first instalment, director Vishal Furia has taken charge of the anticipated film as well.

Chhorii 2 is set seven years after the events of the first film. According to the official synopsis, Sakshi’s (Nushrratt) daughter is sun-sensitive. So, both of them live in seclusion. The teaser begins with a young girl searching for her mother near a well on a dense farm at night. The place appears familiar from the 2021 movie. Suddenly, she gets pulled into the ground. The video further finds Nushrratt discovering an underground tunnel leading to multiple secret rooms. It appears that she has lost her daughter and is trying to find her.
Soha enters the montage as a ghost and claims that she will take away Nushrratt’s daughter because the child belongs to the spirit now. The upcoming film seems to have a plot similar to the previous one, which mainly talks about crimes against women. But it appears to have more thriller and horror elements, making it look even better than the last.

Chhorii 2 New Poster
After the official teaser release, makers have dropped an intense and eerie poster of Chhorri 2. The picture shows a huge open mouth of a demonic being, while the mother-daughter duo appear sitting together looking terrifying. Nushrratt took to her official Instagram handle and shared the striking image with a spooky caption that reads, “Just when you thought the nightmare was over…a new horror awaits (sic).”

Chhorri 2 Release Date
Written by director Vishal Furia alongside Divya Prakash Dubey and Ajit Jagtap, the highly awaited horror thriller movie also features Gashmeer Mahajani, Hardika Sharma, Saurabh Goyal, Pallavi Ajay, Jitendra Kumar, Kuldeep Sareen, Shyam Gopal and Arvinda Jaiswal as supporting characters. Chhorri 2 is slated to release on Amazon Prime Video on April 11.
